The fun of eating in winter doubles. You can make Kachori from Bathua this season, which is very tasty.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Boiled mashed potatoes, 2-3 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin, salt as per taste, finely chopped onion, 1 cup bathua, 1 cup flour

Method :

  • First of all boil Bathua and Potato.
  • Then grind the bathua with green chilies, ginger, and garlic in a mixie.
  • Now mix this mixture in flour and knead it.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chilies, and onions to it.
  • Then add potatoes and fry them.
  • Now make small balls of dough and stuff them with fried potatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry all the kachoris till they turn golden in color and enjoy with chutney.
