Holi is a festival in which people prepare various dishes in their homes. From Gujiya to Papad, some things are made in almost every house.

Actually, on Holi, people go to each other's houses to wish them for the festival. Everyone prepares sweets and snacks in their homes to welcome guests and relatives. Among all these things, Gujiya is such a dish that is made only on Holi. Making Gujiya is quite difficult, hence most people now buy it from the market instead of making it.

If you do not have time to make Gujiya, but you do not want to buy it from the market, then instead you can prepare the famous sweet of Banaras at home. We are talking about cloves, which are very tasty to eat. It is also quite easy to make. Let us also tell you how to make it.

Clove making material
Flour- 500
Gram Ghee – 2 tbsp
Mawa-200 grams
Sugar-2 cups
Almond
Cashew
Pistachio
Cardamom
Cloves

Method
If you are planning to make cloves at home, then first sift the flour in a vessel and add melted ghee to it. After this, knead the flour properly using a little water.
Now keep this flour aside. After this, put ghee in a pan and after the ghee gets hot, add all the dry fruits in it and forget it. Finely chop these roasted dry fruits and add them to the mawa.

Mix all the dry fruits and ground cardamom well in Mawa i.e. Khoya. After preparing it, now prepare the syrup by adding sugar to water.
When the syrup is ready, take the kneaded flour and make small balls from it. Roll them out and now fill prepared mawa in it. Now give it the shape of a clove apply water to it and stick it. Make sure to put a clove on it.
Now fry it on medium gas until it turns golden. When it is cooked properly, take it out and put it in syrup for 15 minutes. Now this clove is ready. You can serve this to your guests.
