Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and omelettes
Meat and fish (chicken, turkey, beef, pork, etc.)

Healthy fats: Healthy fats are essential in a low-carb diet as they provide energy. You can include the following healthy fat sources:

Nuts (walnuts, almonds, flax seeds, chia seeds)
Avocado
Ghee and butter
Coconut oil and olive oil for cooking
Vegetables are an important part of a low-carb diet. However, you should choose low-carb vegetables, including:

Spinach, broccoli, cauliflower and green leafy vegetables
Beans, cucumber, gourd, zucchini, mushrooms and capsicum
Fruits should be consumed in moderation in a low-carb diet. Some low-carb fruits include:

Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Citrus fruits like lemons and limes
