1. Lemon water
Lemon water is a refreshing and effective remedy for gas and bloating. It helps in detoxifying the body and aids in digestion. To get relief from gas, simply mix fresh lemon juice in lukewarm water and drink it.
2. Celery and black salt
A mixture of celery and black salt can do wonders in speeding up digestion and relieving flatulence. Mix half a teaspoon of celery powder with a pinch of black salt and consume it with lukewarm water.
3. Asafoetida
Asafoetida, known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, is a natural digestive aid. It helps soothe the stomach and reduce gas.
4. Fennel
