Heat wave in western Rajasthan:
The maximum temperature in Ganganagar and Hanumangarh districts is expected to remain between 47 to 48 degree Celsius in the next two to three days.
Heat and dry conditions in eastern Rajasthan:
Eastern districts including Bharatpur, Alwar, Dausa and the capital Jaipur will also have dry, hot weather with heat wave conditions for the next 3 to 4 days. Hot nights and rising temperatures will continue to challenge the residents.
Relief expected in some areas:
Relief from heat is expected in Kota and Bharatpur divisions, where thunderstorms and light rain are expected between June 15 and 16.
Strong dusty winds expected:
Strong dusty winds are expected in Bikaner division and adjoining areas on June 10, with speeds reaching 30 to 40 kilometres per hour.
