Hot water
Sugar 2 cups
Water 6 cups
Rawa 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Green and red chutney to garnish


Curd
Pomegranate seeds 1 teaspoon
Sev 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp

To make Rasgulla Chaat, first of all, heat water in a vessel.
Then put paneer in it and soak it for about 20 minutes.
After this, squeeze the paneer well and keep it in a utensil.
Then make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water to a vessel.
After this, mash the paneer well with your hands.
Then add Rava, maida, and baking powder to it and mix well.
After this, make small balls of this mixture.
