Coriander powder 1 tsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
A pinch of asafoetida
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp


Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Roasted lentils 1 tbsp for garnishing
Cooked Mango Chutney 1 cup
Green chutney 1 tbsp
Ripe mango 1 tbsp
Sliced mango
Save for garnishing

How to make Mango Crispy Kachori?
To make Mango Crispy Kachori, first of all, take a big bowl.
Then knead a soft dough by adding flour, salt, oil, and water as required.
After this, cover the dough and keep it for about 15-20 minutes to set.
Then put the soaked moong dal in a mixer and grind it coarsely.
After this, fry the lentils along with the rest of the spices in a pan.
Then make balls of flour and roll them like pooris.
