Dr. Khetri said that vitamin B12 deficiency can cause nerve problems and tingling, which occurs when the body's myelin production capacity is affected.
Tingling and numbness
These symptoms may be a sign of vitamin B12 deficiency. According to Dr., "This deficiency can be cured with diet or supplements."
Cold Feet
This may be due to iodine deficiency or anemia. Dr. said, "Replenishing iodine deficiency and treating anemia can provide relief from this problem."
Muscle cramps and spasms
It is often associated with magnesium deficiency. According to Dr., "A magnesium-rich diet or supplements can reduce muscle cramps." Dr. Khetri said that magnesium-rich food items such as spinach, quinoa and avocado should be included in the diet.
