3. If you use a single-strap bag, switch shoulders frequently so that there is no constant pressure on one shoulder.

4. Strengthen muscles – Do regular shoulder, neck, and back exercises to keep your muscles strong and reduce the risk of injury.

5. Pay attention to your posture – Make it a habit to keep your posture straight while walking.
