7000 steps and many diseases go away

Research has found that walking 7,000 steps every day keeps many diseases at bay. This reduces the chances of getting cancer by 6%. Not just cancer, the chances of getting heart disease are also reduced by 25%, chances of getting diabetes are reduced by 14% and chances of falling are reduced by 28%. Apart from this, the death risk is reduced by 47%, while depression is reduced by 22% and symptoms of dementia are reduced by 38%. However, the researchers also said that the data of some diseases like cancer and dementia are based on limited studies, so they cannot be completely trusted. Symptoms of age and physical weakness have also not been taken into full consideration.
