Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has extended the deadline to apply for ICG Recruitment 2023 for Sailor (General Duty), Sailor (Domestic Branch), and Mechanical posts.
This is good news for those candidates who could not apply for the recruitment drive earlier. Now, interested candidates can apply for the posts and register through the official website of ICG joinIndiancoastguard.cdac.in till September 27, 2023. ICG recruitment drive is conducted to fill a total of 350 posts.

ICG Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of All India Merit Ranking based on their performance in the written examination, physical fitness test, final medical at INS Chilka, and document verification round. Additionally, their performance in training at INS Chilka should be satisfactory.
ICG Recruitment 2023 Application Fee
All candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 300. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.

Step 1: Visit the official portal of ICG joinIndiancoastguard.cdac.in.
Step 2: Click on the link 'Join ICG as Enrolled Personnel (CGEPT)'.
Step 3: Click on the ICG Sailor/Mechanical 2023 application link.
Step 4: You can then register and log in to apply.
Step 5: Now, fill out the application form.
Step 6: Upload all required documents.
Step 7: Pay the prescribed fee and press submit.
Step 8: Download the application form and keep a printout of it for further use.
