Coaching Center New Guidelines: Strict laws were made by the Education Ministry to stop the arbitrariness of the coaching centres, due to which now no coaching centre will be able to give entry into the class to children below 16 years of age. Along with this, the government said that a fine of Rs 1 lakh can be imposed on centres that do not follow these guidelines. Many other big steps can be taken along with this.

According to the guidelines issued by the Central Government, private coaching institutes will not be able to take admission of students below 16 years of age. Apart from this, the coaching institute will not be able to make misleading promises like guaranteeing good ranks and good marks. The coaching centre must follow all the guidelines made by the government.

Qualification of the teacher teaching coaching

According to the guidelines, now a teacher must be a graduate to teach coaching. People with less qualifications than this will not be considered eligible to teach coaching.

Information will have to be given on the website

According to the guidelines, a website will be prepared for the coaching centre, on which complete details of the qualifications of teachers teaching coaching, study material, course completion time, fees and facilities etc. will be mentioned.

Rules for children studying coaching

To study coaching, the student must be at least 16 years of age. Along with this, the student must have passed high school. The student must follow one of these two rules.

A fine of up to Rs 1 lakh may be imposed

According to the guidelines, for breaking the rules for the first time, a fine of Rs 25,000 is imposed, and for breaking the rules for the second time, a fine of Rs 1 lakh is imposed. Even after this, if the coaching centre acts arbitrarily then the registration can also be cancelled. Along with this, if a student leaves his/her studies midway, the coaching centre will have to refund his/her fees.
