NEET UG 2025: Strict Measures by Central Government to Ensure Exam Fairness

Ahead of the NEET UG 2025 exam, the central government has intensified its efforts to prevent malpractice and ensure a fair examination process. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has implemented various measures, including meetings with District Magistrates (DMs) and Superintendents of Police (SPs) of all states and union territories. The focus is on closely monitoring coaching centers and digital platforms to deter organized cheating networks.
Key Measures for a Secure Exam Process:
- Confidential Material Protection: Materials such as question papers and OMR sheets will be transported under full police protection.
- Multi-stage Security Checks: In addition to NTA's specified security protocols, candidates will undergo multiple rounds of checks by district police before entering the exam centers.
- Monitoring of Digital Platforms and Coaching Centers: Efforts will be made to prevent any cheating or misconduct through digital means or at coaching centers.
- Complaint Platform: NTA has launched a dedicated platform where students can report any suspicious activities related to the exam.
NEET UG 2025 Exam Details:
- Exam Date: The exam will be held on May 4, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM in a pen-paper mode.
Admit Card: The admit card for the NEET UG 2025 exam can be downloaded from the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
Steps to Download Admit Card:
- Visit the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the NEET UG 2025 Admit Card link.
- Enter the required details such as registration number.
- Your admit card will appear; check and download it.
Mandatory Documents for Exam Day:
- Admit Card
- Two passport-sized color photographs
- Valid photo ID proof (Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter ID, etc.)
- Candidates must carry these documents for verification at the exam center. Electronic devices, including mobile phones, are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
