1. Heals acne

The amount of zinc in gram flour is very high and that is why it helps in fighting infections. This is the reason that if there are skin infections like pimples etc. then it cures it. You can use it as a very good face pack. Mix gram flour, turmeric and half a teaspoon of lemon juice and honey and apply it on the face and wash it after 10 minutes. Apart from this, include gram flour in your diet. The fibre present in it corrects the blood sugar level.

2. Help in removing tanning-

You must have heard many times that gram flour is used for face packs. One of the important reasons for this is that gram flour works as a tan remover. This is the indigenous way. You mix 1-1 teaspoon lemon juice and curd in 4 teaspoon gram flour. Make a paste by adding a pinch of baking soda to it and applying it on the face and hands. Or apply it wherever you feel the tanning is overdone. Always wash it with cold water only. This will make a difference in tanning very quickly.

3. Removes dead skin-

Because gram flour is a very good exfoliator, it helps in removing dead skin. Mix 3 tbsp gram flour with 1 tbsp ground oats and 2 tbsp rice flour. Add raw milk to it and scrub your body with it. This is a very good way to correct your skin. Even if this is done once a week, your skin can be exfoliated very well.

Even if your skin is oily, gram flour can prove to be very useful. Mix it with curd or raw milk and apply it on the face. Keep it for 20 minutes and wash off with cold water. If more oil comes into your face, then this can prove to be a very good solution.

Even if you do not believe this, you can also use gram flour to remove facial hair. Mix two spoons of gram flour and two spoons of fenugreek powder and make a paste. Apply its mask on the face and rub it after drying. The fine hairs on your face will start falling. This can be repeated twice a week.

If there is a lot of infection in your scalp or if your hair sweats quickly, then you can also use gram flour for your hair. For this, add water to two spoons of gram flour and you have to make a slightly thin solution, after that apply it on wet hair. After this wait for 10 minutes and then wash the hair with cold water. Do this process for 2-3 days and see how quickly the infection is gone.

7. It is also good for hair growth-

Gram flour contains protein and hence it can prove to be very good for hair. You can use it for hair growth.

Make a smooth paste by mixing gram flour with almond powder, curd, and olive oil and apply it on dry and damaged hair. If the hair is very bad then you can also use two vitamin E capsules in it. Apply it on the hair and after drying, wash it with cold water. Do this twice a week.

Mixing a little lemon juice and water in 6 spoons of gram flour and applying it on wet hair can prove to be very helpful. Massage this mask into your hair and keep it on your hair for 10 minutes. Wash it with cold water only, do not use hot water.
