- This tea is effective in controlling diabetes. It is made by mixing black pepper, turmeric and cinnamon.
- Black pepper improves insulin sensitivity and is effective in reducing blood sugar.
- It also prevents blood sugar spikes.
- Piperine is found in it which balances the blood sugar level.
- Cinnamon. Reduces insulin resistance and prevents blood sugar from rising sharply after eating.
- It is also effective in managing cholesterol levels and reducing excess fat.
How to make tea to control diabetes?
- You can mix one crushed black pepper with 1 teaspoon of turmeric in water and take it on an empty stomach or an hour before dinner.
- You can also prepare an herbal tea.
- For this, you have to mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon with half a teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of fenugreek powder.
- Also, add a pinch of turmeric to it.
- Boil it, filter it and drink it on an empty stomach.
