Material :
Khoya - 500 grams
-175 grams flour
-1/2 tsp cooking soda
-5 grams of cardamom powder
-2 1/2 kg jaggery
-1 1/2 liters of water
Method :
1. Knead the dough using khoya, plain flour, cardamom powder, cooking soda, and water.
2. Make small balls out of it.
3. Heat the oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, put the flour balls in it and fry them.
4. Fry it slowly till it turns golden brown.
5. On the other side make jaggery syrup.
6. After the balls turn golden brown, take them out of the oil and put them in the sugar syrup.
7. Check the consistency and serve hot garnished with pistachios.
