Kheer made from rice is very popular in India and is enjoyed in every household. People like to taste it even on ordinary days rather than on any occasion. Today, we bring you a recipe for Dry Fruits Kheer that does not use rice. Let us know about its recipe.

Ingredients:

1/2 liter milk

250 grams khoya

1 cup chopped almonds

1 cup chopped cashews

1 cup clean raisins

3 cups makhana

2 tablespoons chironji

A handful of crushed or grated jaggery

5-6 chopped

dates A few strands of saffron

150 grams sugar

Cardamom Powder

Desi Ghee (Clarified Butter)

Instruction:

-First of all, heat half a liter of milk in a saucepan and let it boil lightly on low flame.

- Put some desi ghee in another pan and heat it. Then lightly fry the makhana, crushed jaggery, and chopped dates.

- After frying, take them out from the pan and keep them aside on a plate.

Now add more desi ghee in the same pan and add cardamom seeds. Add condensed milk with cardamom to the pan.

After this, mix the fried dry fruit mixture in milk. Later add raisins, cashew nuts, almonds, and chironji.

-Stir the mixture slowly, ensuring that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

-Add saffron threads and khoya to the mixture. Mix them well.

-Keep stirring and cooking until the mixture thickens and does not stick to the sides of the pan.

-Once done, remove the pan from the flame and add the sugar. Your dry fruits kheer is ready.
