White vinegar is used to enhance the taste of food, but it can also be used to clean clothes. Mix vinegar with liquid soap and apply it where there is turmeric stain, wait for it to dry for about half an hour and then wash it.
Toothpaste is used to clean teeth, but very few people are aware that toothpaste can be used to remove stubborn stains. Rub it on the stained area and then leave it to dry for some time, finally wash it with clean water.
Many times we are eating outside the house and if vegetable or turmeric stain gets on the white cloth then it becomes difficult to find detergent. In such a situation, rub lemon on the affected area or drop its drops on the stain and then clean it with water.
If there is a turmeric stain on a white or light cloth, then first dip it in cold water and wash it in detergent for some time. Even hard spots become light due to the effect of cold water. Many people think that hot water has a good effect on stains, but the truth is the opposite.
