Rice - 1/2 cup
Milk – 4 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder
Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Raisins

Method
To make kheer, first, wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for 20 to 30 minutes. Rice becomes good after soaking.
After some time, filter the rice from water and keep it aside. After this, pour milk into a pan and boil it. When the milk boils properly, add rice to it. Keep stirring the rice continuously, otherwise it will burn.
When the rice is cooked, add sugar and cardamom powder. Now cook it for 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring it so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. After it is cooked well, add chopped dry fruits to the kheer. Now this kheer is ready. When it cools down, offer it to Ramlala.
