Paneer Tikka Masala Ingredients
250 grams cheese
Tomato
Capsicum
1/2 cup curd
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt as per taste
1 tbsp oil
Cumin

Method
To make this, first of all, mix red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt in curd in a big bowl.
Mix it well and add pieces of cheese, capsicum, and tomato mix the spices properly with the cheese and vegetables with your hands so that the spices stick properly. Keep it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
After this, after about 30 minutes, string the pieces of marinated cheese, tomato, and capsicum on skewers and grill or bake them.
You can also use a pan to grill the paneer pieces. Now keep these grilled cubes of paneer aside. When it is grilled, apply melted butter to it and serve it with green coriander chutney.
