Ingredients to make Dal Kachori
flour 1 cup
oil for frying
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
Magnolia dal 1/4 tsp (coarsely ground)
green chilli 1
1/4 cup soaked moong dal
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
salt to taste

Moong Dal Kachori Recipe
1. To make this, first put oil in a pan and heat it.

2. Then add coarsely ground moong to it and fry it a little.

3. After this add cumin powder, coriander, and turmeric and mix.

4. Then add green chili, red chili, salt, and all the other ingredients.

5. After this, mix all these things well and cook for about 4-5 minutes.

6. Then sift the flour in a vessel and knead a soft dough.

7. After this leave it to set for about 10 minutes.

8. Then knead the dough once again and make small balls of it.

9. After this, roll them a little fill them with moong dal, and roll them like a puri.

10. Then heat oil for frying in a pan.

11. After this, add filled Kachori in it and deep fry it till it becomes golden and crispy.

12. Now Moong Dal Kachori is ready for your Shraddha.
