Janeshwar Mishra Park is situated in the Gomtinagar Extension of Lucknow city covering an area of about 376 acres. You can also enjoy the Gondola boat ride in this park. This park was completed in the year 2014.
The beauty of this park is so much that people come from far and wide to visit this park. The park, while providing permanent habitat to various bird species, is also a centre of recreation for people from all sections of society.
The government spends about 20 crore rupees on this park.
Not only this, the government spends around Rs 20 crore every year for the maintenance of this park. Boating, dance stage, football field, tennis court, cycle track, jogging track, canteen etc. are also available in this park.
From the selfie point to heritage, the train is also present in Janeshwar Mishra Park
Keeping in view the increasing craze of selfies, selfie points have also been made in the park which is located near the engine. Apart from this, a story house has also been built here. This storied house, about 700 meters long, has been completely built using digital things from the inside.
Here you can also see the heritage railway engine. This engine was sourced from Gujarat and a total of Rs 2 crore 32 lakh was spent to bring and install this engine here.
