Ingredients required-

  • Butter - half teaspoon
  • Boiled Potato - Half
  • Purple Cabbage - halved
  • onion-halved
  • salt - as per taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • Coconut milk - half cup

Method to prepare -

  • Put butter in a pan.
  • Add onion to it.
  • After the onions are lightly fried, add potatoes and cabbage to them.
  • Now add salt, black pepper and milk to it.
  • Cover and cook for some time.
  • Now blend it.
  • You can dilute it according to your liking by adding water.
