Ingredients required-
- Butter - half teaspoon
- Boiled Potato - Half
- Purple Cabbage - halved
- onion-halved
- salt - as per taste
- black pepper - to taste
- Coconut milk - half cup
Method to prepare -
- Put butter in a pan.
- Add onion to it.
- After the onions are lightly fried, add potatoes and cabbage to them.
- Now add salt, black pepper and milk to it.
- Cover and cook for some time.
- Now blend it.
- You can dilute it according to your liking by adding water.
