Material :
- Ingredients of Hara Chana Kebab 1 bowl Hara chana (green gram)

-1/2 cup spinach leaves (chopped)

-2 tbsp mint leaves (chopped)

- a handful of coriander (chopped)

-1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

-2 green chilies

-1 tsp roasted cumin

-1/2 tsp red chili powder

-1/2 tsp garam masala

-1 tsp coriander powder

- a pinch of asafoetida

-1/2 tsp turmeric

-2 tbsp rice flour

- a few drops of lemon juice

Oil, for shallow frying

Method :
1. First of all take a blender, put all the ingredients in it, and grind till it becomes a smooth and uniform paste.

2. When the paste is ready, divide it into 10-12 small balls. Then flatten these balls with the help of your palms.

3. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry all the kebabs till they turn crisp and golden brown. Ps: You can also air fry the kebabs.

4. Pair with your favorite dip and enjoy.
