Foot soak

First of all, you have to prepare the foot soak. Generally, people use alum, but in this season your heels will start cracking even more because alum has healing properties, but it also dries the skin. That's why you should heat the water and add salt and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to it. After this, keep your feet dipped in this water for 10 to 15 minutes.

Scrub feet

After this, you should also scrub the ankles. It is easy to remove the dead skin deposited on the heels after a foot soak. For this, you can prepare a scrub at home with curd and oats. Scrub the ankles thoroughly with this scrub for 5 minutes and then wash the feet.

Massage with milk
