To make this, first heat a cup of water. Now add one teaspoon ground cinnamon in it, mix it and leave it for a few minutes. Then filter the tea, remove the cinnamon and drink the tea.
Take bitter gourd juice
Bitter gourd juice is no less than a panacea for diabetic patients. When it is consumed on an empty stomach, it benefits you a lot. Actually, due to the anti-diabetic properties of bitter gourd, it controls diabetes naturally. To make bitter gourd juice, first take a bitter gourd, cut it and remove its seeds. Take ginger and lemon water
