Beetroot soup-

Beetroot soup is very beneficial for health. To make beetroot soup, put some oil in a cooker, after the oil becomes hot add onion, tomato, and beetroot and fry it lightly. After that add two lids of water and now whistle it. After the cooker cools down or mixes it lightly with a masher. Now put it in a pan and mix it after adding salt and black pepper as per taste. Consume it now.

Gourd Soup-

Gourd soup is very tasty to drink. To make this, put oil in a pan and fry onion and tomato. After that put chopped gourd in it and mix it with water, let it all cook for a while, add salt and black pepper to it. Now blend this soup after it cools down. Add lemon juice to it and serve gourd soup.
