Don't drink tea
Many women complain that they have headaches during fasting. This happens because of drinking tea. If you also consume tea during fasting, then you should say goodbye to this habit from now on. Drinking tea can also cause heartburn.
Don't eat bananas
Bananas should not be eaten during fasting. If you also eat a banana on an empty stomach at the time of fasting, then you may have a problem with heartburn. If you have not even drunk water then you may also have the problem of constipation. In such a situation, even by mistake, you should not consume bananas during the fast.
Don't drink milk
