Honey will help in reducing the dryness of feet
Honey acts as a moisturizer. Apart from this, it provides deep nourishment to the skin. The enzymes present in it reach deep into the skin and nourish the inner layers as well. This reduces dryness of the skin and makes it appear soft.
Ingredients for making a moisturizing mask with honey-
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 small raw turmeric, grated
- 1 tsp aloe vera gel
How to make a moisturizing mask with honey-
- First, grate a 1-inch piece of ginger and squeeze out its juice in a bowl.
- Now add honey and aloe vera gel to it and mix it well.
- After washing and drying your feet, apply this mask thoroughly on your feet. Apply a paste of grated raw turmeric on top.
- Wrap your heels with plastic wrap or you can leave socks on.
- Clean your feet after 2-3 hours and do not forget to apply moisturizing cream.
Malai will help in reducing the dryness of feet
The cream contains fatty acids, which is a good choice for providing hydration. Nourishes dry and flaky skin and also improves the skin due to the lactic acid present in it. It works to remove dead skin cells by exfoliating the skin.
Ingredients for making a moisturising mask with cream-
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Method of making a moisturising mask with cream-
- Divide the cream into two separate parts. Add sugar in one part and mix well. Add turmeric in the second part and mix.
- Now first clean the feet and apply sugar and cream on the feet and leave it for 10 minutes. Then scrub your feet for 2-3 minutes and dry them.
- After this, apply the mixture of cream and turmeric on the feet and leave it for 20 minutes. Now clean your feet by washing them with lukewarm water.
- Now moisturize your feet with coconut oil or any good moisturizing lotion.
Mustard Oil will help in reducing dryness of feet
Mustard oil has anti-bacterial and antifungal properties, which help in healing the skin. This also cleanses the skin and reduces moisturization. Not only this, massaging with hot mustard oil also relieves fatigue and improves sleep.
Ingredients to make a moisturising mask with mustard oil-
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp pure turmeric powder
- 1 tsp neem paste
Method of making a moisturising mask with mustard oil-
- First of all, put mustard oil in a pan heat it well and take out 1 spoon of oil and keep it aside.
- Now add turmeric powder to the oil and mix well. At the same time, grind some neem leaves and make a paste.
- First, clean the feet with a scrubber or pumice stone and remove the dirt.
- After this, apply a mixture of turmeric and mustard oil on your feet. Apply a paste of neem leaves on it, wear socks and leave it overnight.
- Wash your feet in the morning and massage them with mustard oil and wear socks at home too.
