Ingredients for making Methi Puri
Kasuri Methi
Flour
Gram Flour
Semolina
Salt
Celery

Method
To make Puri, first of all, sift the wheat flour on a plate. After this, mix semolina and gram flour in it. After mixing it well, add Kasuri Methi, salt, celery. After this, add some oil to it and knead its dough. After kneading the dough, leave it like this for some time.
After some time, make small balls from this dough and then roll it thin and fry it in hot oil till it becomes crispy. Bake all the puris one by one well and keep them aside.

Ingredients for making dry potato curry
Boiled potatoes
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala
Salt
Coriander leaves
Green chillies
Oil


Method
To make this spicy curry, first cut the potatoes into half-inch pieces. After this, heat oil in a pan, add green chilies and fry them. Now after frying the chillies, add turmeric, cumin, garam masala, and coriander powder and fry them. After the masala is ready, add boiled potatoes to it and mix it properly with the help of a spoon.
Keep in mind that these potatoes do not stick to the pan. Now finally add salt according to taste and then turn off the gas after cooking for some time. After turning off the gas, add coriander leaves on top of the potatoes to decorate it and mix it properly.
Now your potato curry and puris are ready. Try to serve the Puri hot. Do not forget to serve tea with it. Tea will enhance its taste.
