Step 1
If you also want to get an Ayushman card made, then you can first check your eligibility.
For this, first of all, you have to go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in
Then after this, you have to click on the option 'Am I Eligible' given here
Step 2
Then you have to fill the 10-digit mobile number here
An OTP will come on this entered mobile number
You have to enter this OTP here
Then you will see the captcha code on the screen which you have to enter and then login.
Step 3
After this, two options will come in front of you.
In this, you have to choose your state in the first and your district in the second.
Then you have to choose your Aadhaar number to search or something else
In this case, enter the Aadhaar number and click on the search
Then you will know whether your Ayushman card will be made or not
This is how you can get Ayushman card made:-
Those who are eligible can go to their nearest Jan Seva Kendra and get an Ayushman card made.
For this, you have to meet the concerned officer and submit the relevant documents.
After this, your documents are verified and if everything is found correct then your Ayushman card is made.
