* Ingredients needed to make Anarsa Sweets:
1. Short grain rice - 2 cups
2. White sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
3. Powdered sugar or jaggery - 2 cups
4. Curd - 1 cup
5. Desi ghee - 2 tbsp

Easy recipe to make:
1. To make Rice Unarse, first of all, you have to clean and wash the rice properly.
2. After this, keep the rice soaked in water for 3 days. With this, keep changing the rice water every day.
3. Now on the third day, wash the rice again with water and spread it on a clean cloth, and let it dry in the sun for some time.
4. After this, when the rice becomes dry, grind it in a coarse grinder.
5. Now take powdered sugar, and powdered rice in a vessel and knead a hard dough by adding milk to it.
6. After this keep the dough for 12 hours or overnight. Due to this, the yeast of the flour will rise and the dough will puff up and set.
7. Now on the second day, make a dough of this flour and roll it in small sizes or make balls.
8. After this, spread or stick white sesame seeds on top of it.
9. Now put them in ghee and fry them on low flame.
10. In this way your rice is ready. Eat them when they are hot or slightly cold.
