Method :
To make semolina pizza, first, take a big bowl and mix it with semolina and a pinch of salt.

Now add a cup of buttermilk to the semolina and mix it well. You can also choose curd as an alternative to buttermilk.

After this, add half a cup of water to the bowl to make the batter. Keep this batter aside for 15 minutes, so that semolina absorbs all the moisture.

Now mix tomato sauce, chili sauce, oregano, and chili flakes in a bowl with a spoon and keep aside.

Next, mix the semolina batter with a spoon. Now, add one-fourth cup of water to make the required consistency of the batter.

Place a nonstick tava on the gas and heat it on medium heat.

When the griddle is hot, apply a little oil and spread it evenly.

Now take semolina batter and pour it on the pan and make a round base.

Cook till the base is completely cooked from below. After this, sprinkle a spoonful of oil on the edges and turn it over.

After cooking for some time, spread pizza sauce over the base and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly all over.

After this add chopped onions, tomatoes, olives, capsicum, and corn kernels.

Once again apply a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of these toppings.

Finally, sprinkle chili pieces and oregano on top.

When the cheese is well melted and the pizza is cooked well, turn off the stove and take it out on a plate.
