Shalimar recently conducted a study on liver in which it was found that 60 percent of people aged 30 to 60 years in Delhi have fatty liver problem. Whereas in the whole of India, 1 out of every 3 people suffer from fatty liver. The same is the case with children. Among children, 1 out of every 3 children suffers from fatty liver. Canned food items cause the most damage to the liver. Apart from this, regular consumption of alcohol also deteriorates the health of the liver rapidly. Apart from this, processed food is also an enemy of liver health.
If you are fond of sweets, then limit your liking for it. Because eating too much sweet increases fat and harms the health of the liver. You should also not eat too much fried and salty food. There is a risk of liver disease due to this too. If any disease occurs in the liver, it takes a long time to get cured. In this, there will be expenses on medicines and also serious problems will have to be endured.
