The professor, who is still living in fear 24 hours after the incident, said that he saw death passing very close to him. Such a death which is still not going out of his mind. This professor had gone for a holiday with his wife and children.

He said that he had gone for a walk with his family in the Besaran Valley of Pahalgam. Suddenly terrorists reached there and started shooting people after asking their religion. At that time he was lying under a tree with his wife and children. He saw that many people around were reciting Kalma out of fear of terrorists. Seeing them, he also started reciting Kalma.

Shot a person lying nearby

Meanwhile, a terrorist came towards him. He even asked what he was doing, but instead of answering, he started reciting Kalma louder. Seeing this, the terrorist started going in the other direction. While going, he shot the person lying next to him in the head. As soon as he left, he secretly left with his wife and son. According to Professor Bhattacharya, after walking for about two hours, he reached his hotel. However, after seeing the sight of death in front of him, he still cannot believe that he is alive.
