According to Islam, it is forbidden for women to apply perfume when they apply it with the intention of going out of the house in front of other men. Apart from this, perfume should not be applied in the mosque as well, because Prophet Hazrat Muhammad has said that perfume should be washed off while going to the mosque. 

When is it permissible for women to apply perfume?

Women are allowed to apply perfume for their husbands at home or in the presence of their family members but away from non-mahram men. Also, you can use a mildly scented deodorant or scented soap if it does not arouse the man's senses.
