The stars against whom this case has been registered include 25 stars including Rana Daggubati, Prakash Raj, Vijay Deverakonda and Lakshmi Manchu. They are accused of promoting banned betting apps. Which is against the Public Gambling Act of 1867. The complainant has claimed that while talking to the youth of his community on March 16, he found that many people were influenced to invest money on betting apps being promoted on social media.

Along with this, Phanindra alleged that these big celebrities take huge money to promote these betting apps. Because of them, people are attracted to invest money in gambling. He told that he was also going to invest in one of these betting apps. But due to financial risks, he stopped himself from doing so.

 

 

Let us tell you, a few days ago, Panjagutta police had allegedly registered a case against 11 film personalities under several sections. These stars include Kiran Gaud, Vishnu Priya, Shyamala, Imran Khan, Ritu Chaudhary, Harsh Sai, Tasty Teja and Bandaru Seshayani Supriya. This case was registered against all of them under 318 (4) BNS, 3, 3 (A), 4 TSGA and 66 D ITA Act-2008.
