Vinay Ojha, father of former Indian star player Naman Ojha, was arrested in this case in the year 2022 itself. According to reports, in the year 2013, Bank Manager Abhishek Ratnam, Vinay Ojha and others in Bank of Maharashtra branch Jaulkheda together made Kisan Credit Card on the basis of fake name and photo and transferred crores of rupees from the bank to their account.
Vinay Ojha sentenced to 10 years in jail
After hearing the case, the court has sentenced Vinay Ojha and bank manager Abhishek Ratnam to 10 years of imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 80 lakh. Apart from him, other accused involved in this case have been sentenced to 7 years in jail and a fine of Rs 14 lakh.
