Shocking Road Rage in Bengaluru: Air Force Wing Commander Brutally Attacked, Left Bloodied in Public

In a disturbing incident that has sparked outrage across the country, an Indian Air Force fighter pilot was viciously assaulted on a public road in Bengaluru, the nation's tech hub. The officer, Wing Commander Aditya Bose, was left soaked in blood after a brutal road rage attack carried out by a group of unidentified bikers. The attackers not only beat him up in broad daylight but also harassed his wife, Squadron Leader Madhumita CV Raman.

The incident occurred on Sunday evening while the couple was on their way to the airport. According to Wing Commander Bose, the assailants chased and intercepted their car before launching the unprovoked assault.

Assault Captured and Shared on Social Media

Taking to Instagram, Bose posted a harrowing video recounting the traumatic experience. In the video, he details how a biker started tailing their car, overtook it, and forced them to stop. The situation escalated quickly as the miscreants began hurling abuses at the couple in Kannada, allegedly provoked by the DRDO sticker displayed on the officer's vehicle.

Before he could comprehend what was happening, Bose says he was attacked with a bunch of keys, leaving deep wounds on his face and forehead. His wife was also reportedly mistreated during the attack.

Crowd Watched Silently as the Officer Bled

Perhaps the most shocking part of the incident was the reaction—or lack thereof—from bystanders. A crowd had gathered, but not a single person stepped in to help the bleeding officer or stop the assailants. The attackers eventually fled after pelting stones at the officer and his vehicle.

Police Launch Probe After Video Goes Viral

Following the viral video, the Bengaluru Police sprang into action. A case has been registered against unknown individuals, and efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the culprits. Police officials confirmed that the incident is being treated as a serious case of road rage and public assault.

The brazen attack on a decorated Air Force officer in full public view has raised serious questions about safety, public apathy, and law enforcement in India’s so-called Silicon Valley.
