But when he did not appear, the police issued a second summons asking him to appear on Friday. Podcaster Allahabadia had requested the Khar police to record his statement at his residence, but his request was rejected.

Samay Raina gave clarification

Samay Raina broke his silence recently and said that he has removed all the videos of the show from his YouTube channel. Giving information about this on the social media platform X, Samay Raina wrote, 'It is very difficult for me to handle whatever is happening. I have removed all the videos of 'India's Got Latent' from my channel. My only purpose was to make people laugh and have a good time. I will fully cooperate with all the agencies to ensure that their investigation is completed impartially.'

The National Commission for Women (NCW) has also summoned Ranveer Allahabadia, Samay Raina and others and expressed deep concern over the derogatory and racist comments allegedly made by the YouTubers. The hearing of the case has been scheduled for February 17.
