He said that I hope that in this budget session we will live up to the hopes and aspirations of the countrymen. He also said that many historic bills will be discussed in this session and after extensive discussions, they will emerge in the form of laws that will increase the strength of the country.

He also underlined that India has completed 75 years of Republic, which is a matter of pride for every citizen. How long will the budget session last?

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the general budget on February 1. The budget session of Parliament will be held in two phases starting from January 31 to April 4. The first phase will run till February 13, while the second phase will start from March 10. During this time, various economic schemes, development projects and policies will be discussed, which will play an important role in shaping the future of India.
