Reduce the fatigue of the child

After coming home from school, ask your child to rest for a while and turn on the fan and make him lie down on the bed. After half an hour to one hour, you can give him fruit juice or some fruits to eat. You can also give dry fruits to the child. After 1 hour, ask your children to do their homework.

Keep in mind that wherever your child studies, the environment should be peaceful and the child should be kept away from things like mobile, computer, laptop while studying. As soon as the child's homework is completed in an hour, send him out with his friends for some activity. 

Provide plenty of water

This will refresh the child's mind a bit and reduce fatigue. Keep in mind that you have to give plenty of water to the child throughout the day, this will keep the body hydrated and the child will not feel tired. When the child comes back home after playing with his friends outside, you can give him things like his favorite books, TV shows, guitar, etc. By doing this he can refresh his mood and learn something.

Sit and talk with the child

Apart from this, you should sit with your child in the evening and talk to him for some time. If your child uses mobile phone too much, then you should reduce the number of mobile phones he gets. As soon as he returns from school, first of all you should put him to sleep and if he has a mobile phone, then you should take the phone back from your child.

Keep in mind that every child needs to sleep for 7 to 8 hours. You can make your children exercise by waking them up early in the morning. This will reduce stress and fatigue. Apart from this, every parent should listen to their children, because many times parents express their views and are unable to listen to the children.
