India avenged the terrorist attacks in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir at the instigation of Pakistan by carrying out air strikes under Operation Sindoor. 15 days later, India attacked nine terrorist camps in Pakistan in which dozens of terrorists were killed. Even before the airstrike on May 7, India had given a befitting reply to terrorism by carrying out surgical strikes, the entire story of which was portrayed on screen through films.

India has given a befitting reply to Pakistan by carrying out airstrikes 15 days after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Missiles were fired at 9 terrorist bases in POK, in which dozens of terrorists were killed and hundreds were injured. This surgical strike launched against Pakistani terrorists lasted for about 25 minutes. 

India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself kept a close watch on this mission and ' Operation Sindoor ' was successfully completed. Before this also, India has given a befitting reply to Pakistan's cowardly attacks many times, which the makers have conveyed to every audience of India through films. Today, on the success of 'Operation Sindoor', we are going to tell you about such films in which surgical strikes have been shown and also those films which fill every Indian with a different enthusiasm after watching them. 

Uri: The Surgical Strike 

The first film based on surgical strike is Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam's film 'Uri: The Surgical Strike', which was directed by Aditya Dhar. On 18 September 2016, terrorists attacked the Indian Army headquarters near the LOC in Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir, in which 16 of our soldiers were martyred. In response, India carried out a surgical strike on Pakistan. A movie was made on this.  

In the year 2019, a film was released on this surgical strike, in which Vicky Kaushal played the role of Army Officer Vihaan. The movie shows how four different teams under the leadership of Vihaan enter Pakistan and destroy the hideouts of terrorists. This film is still one of the best films made on surgical strike. 

Operation Valentine 

Operation Valentine, releasing on 1 March 2024, is also a tribute to our soldiers martyred in the Pulwama attack on 14 February 2019. Varun Tej and Manushi Chillar played the lead roles in this action drama movie. This film is based on the Balakot airstrike in 2019. Its story shows how the Indian Air Force entered Pakistan and avenged the Pulwama attack. 

Fighter 

Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan and Karan Singh Grover played the lead roles in the film 'Fighter' directed by Siddharth Anand. The story of this film begins with the conspiracies of Jaish-e-Mohammed, which carried out attacks like Pulwama in India. India decides to give a befitting reply to the attacks carried out by terrorists under the cover of Pakistani Army and carries out airstrikes. 

Phantom 

Katrina Kaif and Saif Ali Khan starrer 'Phantom' may not have done wonders at the box office, but it also shows the story of an agent who hunts down and eliminates Pakistani terrorists. In the movie released on 28 August 2015, Saif Ali Khan played the role of a fearless agent Daniyal Khan, who is expelled from the army, but after the 26/11 terrorist attack, the army officers select Daniyal and ask him to go to the neighboring country and eliminate the enemies.  

Border 

One film in this list is Sunny Deol-Jackie Shroff, Sunil Shetty, Akshay Khanna, Pooja Bhatt and Tabu starrer 'Border', which was released in the year 1997. This film is inspired by the Kargil war between Pakistan and India.

Even today, when this movie is shown on TV, people's eyes get moist and their hearts fill with patriotism. The movie shows how just 120 Indian army officers become martyrs while stopping more than 1000 Pakistani soldiers and their tanks.
