Turns out they would pay $32k-$90k to the people they would hire in my position. This salary is more than my current salary. I am applying for this. After sharing this tweet, people have also made many likes and comments on it.

She further wrote, 'I don't want to hear any more of his talk about diversity, equity and inclusion. I don't want to see any more of our C-suite execs recommending books for Women's History Month. There were many concrete actions they could have taken and they chose to live by these values. I've been arguing about pay inequality for months. I have told my managers many times that I know I am being underpaid. But still, I was not heard. That's why I am also thanking LinkedIn's salary transparency laws.

Many people commented

This tweet was followed by another person who posted 'I found out my male friend, who was a department manager just like me, made $15k more in a year even though we had the same job. I went to HR and complained too. While another person wrote that 'I wish I would have thought about it too. I was hired as a line manager and given a low salary and when I pointed this out, they promised me an extension at the time of bonus but did not keep that promise.

The gender pay gap has been a prevalent issue for a long time. Every time a woman raises her voice against it, it again comes in front of everyone. It is also necessary to discuss this matter because it will give women equal pay as compared to their male colleagues and it will take our country towards equality.
