Ingredients

2 teaspoons mango essence (optional)

2 teaspoons cardamom powder

2 teaspoons cornflour

2 teaspoons custard powder

2 cups fresh cream

4 medium-sized ripe mangoes

1 kg full-fat milk

2 cups sugar

4 teaspoons dry fruits (for garnish)

Recipe

- First of all, add cornflour and custard powder to 1 cup of milk and mix well.

- Now keep the remaining milk to boil. Then add cardamom powder and sugar to it boil for 5 minutes and turn off the gas.

- Now add 1 cup of prepared custard cornflour milk and stir continuously.

- Now leave the milk to cool. Then take a mixer and grind mango pulp in it.

- Now add cream, mango essence, and milk prepared for kulfi and grind again.

- Now put the mixture in the kulfi mold and keep it to set. After cooling for a few hours, take out the Kulfi on a plate.

- Now garnish it with dry fruits and serve.
