However, as delicious as these dishes are to eat, they require a lot of effort to prepare. Today, we're going to share a recipe that allows you to effortlessly make delicious potato paratha for your family.
Recipe to make potato paratha without kneading the dough
- Let us tell you that you don't even need to knead the dough to make this. The first step is to boil the potatoes, then grate them thoroughly. After grating the potatoes, add all the spices of your choice and mix them thoroughly.
- Take a bowl. Add some flour, semolina, and salt, then water. Mix with a spoon or other mixing tool. The batter should be the same consistency as when making dosa. Once it's ready, add the prepared potatoes and add a little water to make a batter. The batter should be neither too thin nor too thick.
- After completing this step, let the batter rest for 10 minutes. This will allow the semolina to swell slightly due to the water, making it even tastier when prepared.
- If you prefer, you can also make garlic and red chili chutney or coriander chutney. To make garlic and red chili chutney, peel four or five cloves of garlic, then lightly cook the red chilies in oil and add the garlic to the sauce. Then, grind them together thoroughly to make the chutney.
- After 10 minutes, when the batter has risen properly, cook it on a pan in the same manner as you make dosa. This method will create delicious potato parathas without much effort.
