1. To make children's favorite chocolate truffles at home, first heat ghee in a pan and add semolina to it and fry it on medium flame till it becomes light golden. When a light fragrance starts coming from it, understand that it is ready. Be careful, do not let it burn, keep stirring continuously.
2. Now add grated coconut to it and fry for another 1-2 minutes, then turn off the gas and let the mixture cool for a while.
