Do Vajrasana immediately after meals
To keep the digestive system healthy, one should eat food while sitting in a Vajrasana posture. Vajrasana is a kneeling posture. This is also called the diamond pose. Vajrasana not only increases the metabolism of the body but also helps in reducing belly fat.

Method of doing Vajrayana
Step 1- To practice yoga, sit on your knees on the floor and cross your toes at the back.
Step 2- Slowly move the body down, rest the hips on the heels, and rest the thighs on the calf muscles.
Step 3- Now place both hands on the knees keep the head straight and look ahead.
Step 4- Close your eyes while concentrating on your breathing. The speed of breathing should be equal up and down.
Do this yoga for at least five minutes in the beginning and you can do it for a maximum of 10 minutes.
