Ustrasana
If the hair has started turning white, then you can do Ustrasana to get rid of it. To do this yoga, sit on your knees. Keep a distance of at least 6 inches between both knees. Now move both hands back towards the heels. Then touch the ankle of the right hand with the ankle of the left hand. Keeping your legs straight, bring your stomach forward. After staying in this position for some time, come back to a normal position.

Halasana
Regular halasana can be practiced for black, thick, and healthy hair. To do this asana, lie down on the ground and while lifting the legs upwards, take them back slowly. Try to plant your feet back on the ground. After remaining in this state for some time, come back to a normal state.

Trikonasana
Trikonasana can be done to prevent hair graying. To do this asana, stand with both feet at some distance. Now lift keeping the hands and shoulders in a straight line. Leaning to the right, touch the foot of the same side with the right hand. During this, raise the left hand towards the ceiling while keeping it in the sky. Repeat this process on the other side.

Bhujangasana
If your hair is turning white before age, as well as you are troubled by the problem of hair loss, then you can do Bhujangasana. To do this asana, lie down on the stomach and join the legs together. Keep the palms near the chest in line with the shoulders. Make the body comfortable by keeping the forehead on the ground. Now taking a deep breath, raise the front part of the body. Keeping both hands straight, keep this posture for a few seconds. After exhaling, return to normal posture.
