Material
Leftover roti - 2
oil as required
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Onion - 2
Carrot - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1 cup
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Red chili sauce - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Lemon - 1
Coriander - for garnishing

Method
1. First of all take a leftover roti, then cut it into a thin noodles-like shape with the help of a knife.
2. Finely chop onion, garlic, carrot, capsicum, and cabbage.
3. Then put a pan on the gas and heat it by adding oil as required.
4. As soon as the oil becomes hot, add garlic and onion and fry it.
5. After frying onion-garlic, add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and fry and mix well.
6. Cover all these vegetables and cook on low flame. Then add tomato sauce and mix.
7. Add lemon juice after adding tomato sauce to the mixture.
8. Mix it well in the noodles as well. Now add chopped roti ie noodles to it.
9. Add the noodles to the mixture. Your delicious roti noodles are ready. Serve garnished with coriander.
